Hibiscus loaf cake

Buttermilk and hibiscus
283 ml buttermilk plus 60 to 80 ml hot water
15 g Honey
30 g lemon juice
28 g dry hibiscus
Cake
113 g butter
220 g sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
3 whole eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
140 ml buttermilk and hibiscus mixture
170 g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Cream cheese frosting
170 g Cream cheese
1 tbsp Honey

15 g Miel
30 g zumo de limón emon
28 g flor de Jamaica/hibisco
Bizcocho
113 g mantequilla
220 g Azúcar
Zest of 1 limón
3 huevos enteros
1 cdta vainilla
140 ml mezcla suero de leche y hibisco
170 g harina todo uso
1/4 cdta bicarbonato de sodio
1/2 cdta polvo de hornear
1/2 cdta sal
Cubierta de queso crema
170 g Queso crema
1 cda miel
