    Hi
    I’m 14 years old skinny fat
    I have been doing full body 2x a week
    But how do I start to get rid of the side belly fat and get bigger in general while loosing some fat

      Hi Shiv! If you're seeing results from 2x a week, keep doing that. For fat loss, it comes down to one thing - your nutrition aka your diet aka everything you eat and drink. There's no one size fits all solution. Personally if I was in your position I would eat foods that have high nutrition, low calories
