You'd think with 8 evenly spaced bolts in there you'd be able to clock the gearbox at 45 degrees instead of just 90.
But then that would actually be useful.

What happened to the EXP series?

I was about to buy Superwinch as I install them on CanAms however I decided to stick with Warn as Superwinch poorly treated a guy on a video I just watched.
Piss poor service n parts support really piss me off!. I just hope poor operators go under.
It's Warn, Kingone, Runva who gives good support.

Im on the fence between the SuperWinch, Smittybilt & Warn (VR Series).

@@cjherrera79 I love the Warn with the digital wireless remote. It's only 2 cables to fit on. Ironman is good too as they are the only winch with a breather line to stop condensation.

@@conmanumber1246 I think I’m going with the Warn VR Evo 10. It competitively priced with the Smittybilt, but has a better warranty and from what you and others have stated the customer service from Warn is much better!

I know which video you are talking about and that guy was just dumb. At the time of his video parts were available and easily found even though the company was being bought out by another company at the time and all production had stopped.
I just got off the phone with superwinch today and they are sending me a brand new SX series winch for free as a replacement for my 8 year old Talon under warranty. Which is a MUCH better outcome than i was expecting. I don't even have to mail the old winch back.
Just because you saw one video of one guy who didn't know how to use Google 2-3 years ago, doesn't mean the company treats everybody the way he thinks he was treated.

@@KurNorock Yeah I prefer to have a device work reliably than something that requires claim to get a replacement with possible chance of failure again. I repair Can-Am which has a no argument 3 year unlimited warranty which some parts could easily be made not to fail but they are designed to fail. I prefer to sell machines not have a full time job just on Warranty work.
