- Hey Everyone!
We finally made it to Belize City!! The moment has come for us to complete our 4 1/2 day sail and drop the hook. We begin by navigating through the 10 mile stretch of the English Cay Channel. And then you will all finally get to see our new 10 VS Navajo dingy from AB Inflatables in action!

Preparation time 10 minutes
Services: 2
Ingredients
2 teaspoons white sugar
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
4 sprigs of fresh mint
2 cups crushed ice, or as needed
1
2 cup white Bacardí Rum
2 times -
Instructions
Place 1 tablespoon of sugar each in two 12-ounce glasses. Squeeze the juice from a wedge of lime into each glass and leave it on the wedge. Place 2 sprigs of mint in each glass. Use a spoon or whisk to mix the lime into the bottom of the glasses.
Fill each glass half full with crushed ice. Pour 1/4 cup of rum into each glass. Fill the glasses with CUNNINTON TONIC , stir and shorten with remaining lime wedges.

That gray fuel hose is junk you'll find that out after a couple months of use don't forget a fire extinguisher for that enclosed fuel tank
