Best Knife for Trail Running? // Collecting Native Wood for Handles

I run a lot in the back country. Often many miles without seeing anyone else and sometimes without cell service. It seems logical that one would want to be prepared for survival situations and that means you would want a knife! But what knife?? Well, you can watch and see what knives I am considering...and comment with your recommendations. Also watch me place a trail cam, collect a big chunk of mt. mahogany, and test out my Winnerwell, fast-fold backpacking stove.
