@@BriansRCStuff I have no doubt you'll make it! Hit a new top speed with the 2997A on 3s, 58.3mph, my replacement 120a ESC is supposed to be here today. I'm running the little 50 amp Hobby wing in it at the moment.
@@RCrepairBuildsDrones nice job! 60 is close! I would think with a good higher amp ESC you would pick up some speed. Is that on the Zeee LIPO? Here is my 100 mph pass from this morning in the Bandit with stock motor. ua-cam.com/users/shortseXZVrCmWKiQ?si=jcr2atmHEpH23tTf
I just thought of this. Have you ever thought of using a small 2s to power your cooling fans for less voltage drop on the main battery? Also we love winter evening bearings
I have thought about that a little.... I wasn't sure how much of a difference it would make with the fans draw being so low but I have seen serious speedrunners do it so maybe I could pick up a mph or something? Really good idea for sure. I hit 100 today with the stock motor - editing the video now (a short goes live in about 30 min). I also ran the yellow pack (the sister pack to the one I sent you) today.
For sure it is... just a goal of mine to hit 100 on that motor. My XTeam motor can hit 110+ and probably around 115 if I can keep it on the road (I haven't tried a 4s run recently with that setup as it is so risky and my budget is so small!☺
ZOOM ZOOM !
On your way now , it's been cheers & disappointments but the threshold is but inches away now.
That thing is on a rail ! Wow!
It has been dialed in! I am tempted to go for 110 mph with one of my XTeam motors!

Anthony Smith says his RC goes 250mph, "on paper" #lionheart

So close! Probably that motor is what's holding it back, but just a noobie guess 🤷♂

@@BriansRCStuff Right there with ya bud, but I'm happy with what God allows me to have 🙏
How did you fit those batteries in there? I'm looking for a 3s hard case battery for my bandit but people tell me a 3s hard case won't fit the bandit
I made a video on how to do it using a Traxxas kit (it needs some minor modifications to make it fit). ua-cam.com/video/Zsc5RgxTSpo/v-deo.html
