- Dear Future Wife is a poem to the amazing woman I haven't met yet. This is a letter reminding her that I'm patiently waiting. Maybe this will be an inspiration and reminder to my single friends that good things come to those who wait. God is working and He will bring the right wife or husband into your life at the right time.

Dear Future Wife,
I'm not sure if we've met yet, but I don't beleive that it's too soon to write this letter
My mind and heart is trying to put these words and letters together into this poem for you.
I often dream and imagine what you're like.
Like what's your name and what are your dreams?
I wonder where you are and I'm curious about your life
I want to know if you share my passion for art and chocolate Ice Cream
I can't wait until you tell me about your favorite movies and songs.
and I'll soon discover, What gives you joy and what makes you smile?
I'm curious about our future. When will we meet and what will make us fall in love?
How I will finally realize that you are the one?
Even though I often sing with Buble "I just haven't met you yet" I still know that you are beautiful and amazing,
I don't have to see you to believe that a moment will come when my eyes
and my heart decide that you are the most enchanting part of the world
because one day you will become my whole world.
I realize that I'm not just writing about a fairy tale.
I've heard enough stories told and I know that even knights and princesses face dark ages.
The truth is happily ever will not be the last pages of our journey.
We will face failure, patience, and pain,
but I promise to remain faithful by constantly serving
And together our love will become something amazing
Some may think these resolutions are strange
they say being single and young
is just about partying, sex, and having some fun
They say real lasting love is too hard to find
and it's foolishly redefined as a feeling or desire
They act like love is a fire that quickly burns out and hurts anyone around
I think they believe the best things are required to come quickly like on demand and fast food
But they're wrong because there's no microwave version of me and you
And sometimes lust, loneliness, and doubt tempts me to not be patient anymore
But I'm reminded that the fruit that is sweetest and flower that blooms brightest are the one's worth waiting for.
I think about how we've anticipated our future together for our whole lives
oh, it will be soon that we look into each other's eyes
We will vow to belong to each other til death do us part
and then we will each give all of our heart
Our lives will be changed when these patient dreams become our reality, when you and me become we
But until then, I'm thinking of you and I'm praying for you
And even though you probably don't hear this poem I know that God hears our desires and prayers
One day at the right time we will enjoy what God has prepared
we'll look back and know that God's plan was so much better than we ever dreamed.
One day,
But today we're following Jesus and enjoying life
Knowing that there will be a beautiful story that God will write
Until we meet soon, you and I will be patiently waiting

Listening to this brings tears to my eyes, but tears of encouragement, knowing that people are praying for their future someone. I have for years and sometimes it feels like its not worth it because I have been praying and hoping for so long. But God never goes back on His word, He knows the desires of your heart. It is a blessing to be hidden under God's wings with your dreams at His feet. That is the safest place you can ever be. Stay strong and courageous, God has a purpose for this season. He will lead and guide you in everything that you need, He is your provider. Your everything. Thank you for running after Christ and praying for your future someone.

This is so special. Someone else used the word heartfelt and I totally agree. Something that makes it even more special for me is tomorrow I'm celebrating 9 years of married life with my Swede. I never works have dreamed that God had prepared a man for me on the other side of the world. The road to meeting him began with accepting a call to missions. It involved heartache and disappointment. I thought no one would ever want me or think that I was worth waiting for. We are both so flawed. Marriage exposes your weaknesses like the biggest spiritual mirror your can think of. But you grow together and you build each other up. I'm so excited to see your story unfold, brother. Just keep falling in love with Jesus and growing into the man He has called you to be. Just keep trusting.

This is a Beautiful Letter to your future wife I can listen to this every chance I get and this gives me hope because I too is believing God for A future husband I have read books and watch on things about a future husband and prayed many prayers and fasted about a future husband even cry about it but when I listen to your letter to your future wife I started having peace to come over me and tears fell from my eyes I started feel reassured about waiting and praying for my future husband I have hope for a better tommorow and peace this let me know h o w my future husband is thinking about me thank you!

What a great video this was. I just want to share a story with you real quickly. About three years before I met my wife I start praying to God asking for him to put a special woman into my life and I wanted to have a daughter with her. Pretty much every day I prayed to God this very same prayer. Three years past and I never lost hope. I knew the guy on Sunday would put that very special person in my life. We’ve been married for 17 years and when we first met she wasn’t able to have children then God said I’m going to give you a daughter and our daughter is now 15 years old and she is my angel. So please keep the faith. Don’t loose hope. God will put the right woman for you into your life. God bless you.

Joe Henkel every day he gives us a reason to tell a story. Every day is a testimony. So many people are looking for this so-called miracle every single day what they don’t realize every time they wake up it’s a miracle. Every breath were allowed to breathe is a miracle. I know that if you keep Asking God he won’t answer your prayers. Sometimes it just takes longer and for whatever reason it is I just have to have faith. Too many people doubt too many people give up. can't believe i have been passing this great master piece . I'm definitely subscribing ! I'm in love with the rhyme and rhythm ....and the beautiful confessions to the FUTURE WIFE ,i love the love you have for her even though you haven't met her .I remember writing a poem for the future husband early high school days 😂 so it's not just me who is madly in love with the partner God is still moulding .

Hey Rebekah! Thanks for watching and sharing that! I agree with ya. I'm actually very much a minimalist, so I don't really keep any of my paper notes. Just save them online, then recycle the paper. I respect writing and saving journals a lot, but I've never got into it. haha
