This home is gorgeous, I love this floorplan! The build quality is so evident; from the crown to baseboards, drywall, flooring, even the egg shaped door knobs are cool! Like you, I would opt for the big family room. The only things I would change is carpet in the bedrooms, a D/H window in the laundry room and double sinks in bath 2. Thanks for a great tour!
I love my home, I know there are those that hate Clayton Homes and have had bad experiences, but I haven't. I've only been living there since October. I'm not saying it's perfect because I did have a leaking shower that they had to fix, Clayton didn't put an access to it and they had to cut a hole in the back, but it was covered by a panel and the panel just faces the commode in the master bathroom. I've had to nail a couple of pieces of trim back in place, but other than that it's been great. You could find those kinds of things in a site-built house. So, I have become a fan of them, but others can have their different opinions. Would I recommend a Clayton Home? The answer would be yes. I hope this answered your question without me rambling too much.
To keep down the cost on the Tempo series there are few options. I don't believe those changes can be made. You may can find a similar home with those options available.
You would have to check with your dealer. You can have one put on it, it just depends on the dealership if they sell them or not. They may can recommend you to someone that can if they do not provide them.
I think I would go with the big den. Nice floor plan. Great price.
I think so too! Thanks for commenting!

Thanks for sharing, I really love this home, I would also make the den area bigger by removing the third flex room.

Also, can you get led lights on the bathroom mirrors and a big coat closet?
