I'm currently doing physiotherapy for wrist, finger and hand pain related to typing. Took 4 years, but now I've found what helps me. Just in case it helps someone here, this is what i'm doing: * fold a teraband in half. put the loop over your wrist. bend down and stand on the band. how stand up to stretch your hand. * take a tennisball (important that it's a hard ball). lean onto a wall such that you hold the ball with the flat side of your forearm. press into the wall hard and roll the ball up and down by bending your knees. lean in hard; light bruises are ok. if you feel a kind of crunching sensation in your muscle it's right. this helps rearrange the fascia and helped me a ton. ofc be careful, especially with the joint. you just want to apply preassure to the muscles. * on the back of your hand, massage the area between you * put flat hands onto a wall, feet a bit back, so you lean towards the wall. now lift yourself away with your hands only. fingers stay on wall, arms stay mostly straight. youll feel your bottom forearm get tired. * hold a (light 2kg for me) dumbbell with one hand on one of the weight sides, so it points down. now rotate the wrist until it points up, then slowly down again. * again weight in one hand pointing down. raise hand from about hip height to shoulder height. dumbbell stays straight down the whole exercise * again weight in one hand. arm is hanging straight down, weight is pointing straight down. now rotate the weight back. it's the motion you do when starting a motorcycle. * bicepscurls with the palm of your hand facing down. only the forearm moves. make sure wrist stays straight with the forearm, dont bend it. ofc you'll be off best if you ask a medical professional, but these don't hurt anybody and if you can't get physiotherapy maybe these work for you as well as they do for me.
To answer some questions about pain and posture in the game. Exercises and stretches that focus on the your lats, can help posture and reduce shoulder and back pain. Something I do while playing visualize shooting someone in the head with laser beams shooting from my nips. It pulls your shoulders back and down 😅. Walking can help with back pain as well in certain situations if your back pain is caused by tension due to tight muscles in your hips/legs. Not a size fits all thing. It’s different from person to person

I think the problem there wasn't K'Sante, the problem is Jak'Sho. I've had that same problem on any champ that builds it. and if anything, nerf Ashe please, full cdr builds are so unplayable to fight against :(
If the guy's wrist isn't used to certain movements and he is playing a lot out of no where then it could just be getting sore but not in a bad way just too much too quick and body needs to adjust. Fingerboarding or tech decking can do that too but after like 2 weeks the small muscles get stronger.
Broxah I'm a little new to the channel but i love the content, i was a little curious if you could maybe do an Ezreal or Kaisa jg, with the pets and ravenous it shouldnt be too bad no? AP is always a option XD
i still have a question about the kindred flash R, could you not just wait for her R, then kick her out with your R (to waste kindred R as well as kill) and finish up with q? the only think i can think is if she press R and you kicked her into a wall she wouldnt leave it, is that the case? would she not go through the wall?
i dont know it looked winnable the Ksante game ... dont understand why he didnt go for the low hp backline in the last dragon fight ( 36:20 ) and tried to kill ksante ... but i always love to see your Lee in action
Like he said Q has an animation time to it by f/R he surprised her and she didn't react in time to press her ult also if she did R in time he saved 2nd part of his Q by flashing so he could've R her out of her ult and then still execute her with his Q :)
Ksante is so annoying. He has more sustain than any other champ for no reason now because when they released him he was super weak. Yet another champion that's fun on your team and miserable to play against. The True Riot way.

Yo Broxah! I recently had a Lulu top lane who put a K'Sante to SHAME! It gave me hope that there is a way around K'Sante being broken.
