Damn I really thought it was by using Gaussian blur and then motion blur! (Also a quick tip: when using masks you can press X to switch between black and white)

Sometimes I do motion blur THEN use gaussian blur to soften up the motion blur a bit!

This amazing! Also consider sharing what settings your eraser is on :)
I personally can do my own thing but for people beginning make sure you have a good flow setting so you Arnt taking chunks of the edit away! The “flow” setting is in the settings bar above the image! So many things to say about brush and eraser settings lol but that is just a lil somthin
