Great tips. Yes, DO NOT behind on pain meds in 1st week. Balance pain and nausea. An additional tip - I used Glad "Press and Seal" to cover the shoulder for my first shower (which happened on day 7). Thanks for sharing your experience.

Thanks for posting this. My surgery is scheduled for a week from tomorrow. I’m watching as many videos as possible to be as prepared as possible.
