I got this phone yesterday guys L29 - Have no doubts about it at all, its just on another level. People like to say its huge. Its verh very manageable, you adjust to the size quite quick. It can be used 1 handed even with smaller hands, but obviously is a little harder than a 6" phone. Typing with one hand is easy. Notifications come through on time, and the battery life is 🙏🏽 Ask me anything - shoutout to Jwills

There's this one UA-camr who every time he does benchmark test on Huawei phones he says "they have been caught cheating, so we don't know if these scores are correct". lol. He doesn't say it about the other phones that had been caught cheating on benchmark apps. The hate on UA-cam is real man.
Thanks for the video. I'm seriously considering the global version of the Mate 20 X here in the UK since the price has fallen from £799 to £499 (with M Pen and official fold case). However, after having used Mate 9, Mate 10, P10 Pro, Mate 20 Pro, (not to mention the Honor Note 8), the software experience has always driven me away from Huawei, especially the aggressive app closures, lack of compatibility with most 3rd party apps, not able to add pages to the quick settings like in all other phones, etc. How annoyed (or not) are you with the Mate 20 X (assuming you have the latest firmware) ? How often have the software updates been ? I know the Mate 20 X is inclined to get Android Q (at some point !).
If there's one thing I'll knock the cameras for is the overexposing highlights. You can always go pro mode and dial it down, but just out of the box, it will blow out whites and light areas. Just something I've noticed. Wide aperture more is underrated on this phone. Some have also already said the feature where the background is monochrome and people alone are in color is a gimmick. smh. I don't get it

I still would go for the note 9 above any phone now but the mate 20x/mate pro are my second favorite. Everyone has different needs and wants and the note 9 does those for me than the mate 20x but the mate 20x and maybe even the mate 20 pro come in second place.No hate man.

I just found out about this phone a week ago and for some reason I'm interested. I would love to get the note 9 or wait 4 the 10 but I'm tired of Samsung and Apple with their crazy prices. So I'm hoping this phone won't disappoint. I'm sure there note 9 is a beast it's gonna be hard to crossover
s-pen is really good bro.. mean reason i take mate20x bcz more faster and good for gaming than note9 struggle if u use exynos. i hate exynos version.. (note 9 users before now mate20x)
There is a short cut for power management.this phone is bossy.swapped my note 9 for 1.not leaving nothing out.even has room for an ir.s10 plus will struggle to compete here.
Cancelled my preorder of S10+ because decided to wait for Note 10, but after watching your review of Mate 20 X I have doubts again. I may go for Mate 20 X after all...
Ordered this twice and sent it back twice. I stood it next to my mi max 3. Just isn't better enough to warrant another £500. Screen is too warm and makes peoples faces pink and neither is better sound than my iPhone. The battery is smaller than mi max 3. Price to performance I'm not sure the mi max 3 can be beaten any time soon. Honor note 10 there is no global version. And right now the miui in mi max 3 is running so smooth I wouldn't risk changing to emui for such a little upgrade in screen size and features. Plus mi max 3 still has double tap to wake and call auto recordings on both Sims. And no notch. As pretty as the mate 20x is, get a mi max 3 global for £200 and wait for next gen which will be much better. Plus the galaxy S10+ and note 10 is coming.

Yeah that Note10 will be super pricey. I know they have a Mate 20X 5G coming out. But I just ordered the 4G version(cheaper). I will be OK.
