Once it’s completely safe to travel again, you should explore different bespoke tailors from around the world (HK, Thailand, UK, etc.) then film and share your experiences with those tailors and tell others if it’s worth traveling and investing in those tailors.
Loved the intro! Getting exponentially better with every video lately. Quick question about the flashlight - what are the pros of a handheld light, compared to using your phone's built-in light? I know the phone's flash isn't the brightest one out there but isn't it enough for daily activities?
Thanks, Yoni! We've found a great groove. Re phone light vs. flashlight. Personally, I don't like fumbling with the phone for the flashlight. A handheld light is so much easier to use and handle, IMO. Plus, outside there is literally no throw from the phone light--a decent handheld flashlight gives you much greater coverage of an area. And this one I have--while certainly expensive--is really nice because of the variable intensities. There are certainly less expensive options that do the same.
Being a minimalist, I carry a key ring with two keys, an oversized platinum paper clip from Barney's (for an ID and debit card), and my mobile. And no, I am not hating on EDCs.

Nice video with some neat items. Surprised there wasn’t a handkerchief in there. Not that it really gets any more use than basically being a pocket square for my butt, I just like the kind of old school gentlemanly aspect of having one. That, and a small pocket knife have been my 2 most consistent edc items for probably 20+ years. As for the splurge items, I firmly believe in the saying “invest more in the things you touch everyday.” End the year safe and have a great start to 2021!
Would like to recommend mag solitaire LED. its light weight and durable. Key chain should have buckle holder for easy carry. Stainless steel can be easily dis-infected rather than leather strap for the watch. Hand-Sanitizer not on list. would recommend using day and night sunglasses on outdoors as well as indoors away from home. While wearing mask, fold the tissue paper and role it and place it under mask but above nose. like o/\o. This will not make your sunglasses fog due to the breath.
Great and essential videos. But I wonder in warmer weather, where would you put each item? I live in Vietnam, an 8-month-long summer country, so most of the year my outfits are trouser with a shirt or polo. So there are less pockets and less room. Can you give an advise on that.

Thanks so much. Re UltraHD--probably not. Most people only ever watch in 1080 anyway. Shooting in 4K is mostly better for us when we want to get in even closer in macro. But our Canon C100s only shoot in 1080.

Thank you. There is no comparison in terms of weight--the Dato is platinum so it's quite a feeling on the wrist. You're right that there is a bit more elegance to the Dato vis-a-vis the Speedy, so it kind of comes down to how the casual outfit feels to me. And you are also correct that the Dato, incredibly, flies under the radar. Only "watch people" know what it is. Crazy.

im a samsung guy but the air pods are better than the galaxy buds, and in my opion the samsung note 20 ultra has a better camera not wayyyy better but a noticeable diffidence

Are you really recommending a flash light for $500? Did you really pay that? I've watched every video from the original essential ties clip. You provide a lot of useful, entertaining content but $500 for a mini flashlight is obscene, especially right now.
