- Anchoring a ship is very normal operation for a ship have to perform but this normal operation sometimes can be life threatening too.
if a anchors are not laid up this can lead to disaster to own ship as well as other vessels too.
if the anchor stations not handled properly in correct time people have to face the consequences.
Anchoring is a technique and handling it is an art that comes with experience.

This Captain like to use the winch and don't like to let go the anchor ⚓ by the break .we have to know why ??? Otherwise one day you Will lose your anchor and your job too. Please study when to use gear before put it on the break and when to let go direct from up.
