Definitely use your after market headlight. Thanks for highlighting the dangers of the activation lag between 20 mph and 20+. I'm used to my electric scooter which will give me 32 mph in a few seconds.
Congratulations on the new office. BTW I still have my Engwe Engine Pro Upgraded version with the extra battery. Right now it is still my only means of transportation.
really wondering about the seat height on this.... it seems several inches higher than competitors, partly due to the suspension post but it also looks like its mounted higher to begin with. I'm about 5'7', like the bike but thinking the seat height might be a problem.
I have the same bike, Work is a 12 mile round trip. I thought I was going to get 25 miles per charge. I was considering a second battery. Engwe quoted me $355. There are adjustments for the peddle delay. Headlight is disappointing. Seat height is tall for smaller men and average sized women. Accessories add up. 100 bucks. 100 bucks. 100 bucks...
One complaint that has constantly come up about his company is that their range is always bad but also the 52 volt system should be a little faster than the LECTRIC XP. I guess it gets up to 28mph faster and higher torque?
Do people stare at you cuz of how loud the motor is ? Basically I had one got in a accident driver replaced it and I got it today but I feel like the new on is way much louder 😭and looking at your video it sounds the same but my trashed bike sounds like much quieter maybe it’s quality control ? Idk
Looking for a faster folding bike is hard. Many weigh like 85 lbs that go over 30 mph and have 20 plus ah batteries. The Volt ST by Amo Rides I think is double the price of this bike. Or a Fabulous branded folding bike with dual motors is like $2,800
The little bell and the gear switch thing is exactly like my grizzly aerial Rider and I'm sure those are all the same on most bikes because they're all made in China
You know it looks like a Looks like a V u7 ebike to me But it's not as good with the u7 you can get a 16 amp Battery or a 20 amp Battery you can get more miles out of the bike per charge a little more money But worth it and you get a few more Better features
I have gotten so much junk from harbor freight every time they give you something free and I used to get free ohm meters so I got a box of them here let me send you two of them
Strange that nobody figured out a hack for full throttle 28 mph on bikes set up that way. Like cut a wire and attach it to the cadence sensor wire or vice versa.
Yes the transitions are too slow. Just got the bike and it’s annoying. Throttle to 20 mpg but then you’ll drop to 17 fot awhile trying to switch to pedal assist to get up to 28
Everything's cool brother don't worry about everybody else and what they think this is your video and your life and I do enjoy it sometimes ☺️😜

Good video. When my range on my Surly Big Easy dropped, I lost 15 pounds to get it back.
I wish I could do that. I like to eat
Fun video as always hopefully you had a great dinner that night. See you on the next video.
I think there is a Sensitivity setting in the Menu that may reduce the pedal delay PAS SCN screen.
Congratulations on the new office.

I was thinking of getting an engwe. But the two biggest complaints that keep me from getting it are the seat and the cable brakes.
I wish ebike companies would stop plastering their logo's all over. One small logo is all that's needed.
Seriously. It's ok if it's removable
I agree I hate being a commercial freek I hate stickers
Can you use it without installing the battery
@@jordanspark1754yes it’s useable without the battle. If you want a workout ,it works.
Love your show. Be careful. Get some sleep.
Your doing fine dude, all’s good 👍🏻

Did you say you can’t use the throttle and pedal at the same time?

yes it will get up hills much better

Do the Vitilan i7 Pro next.
It’s the pinnacle of good parts and speed on a foldable ebike
52v ?

Why does Engwe put it at 80-miles range?
based on the lowest mode pedaling & a very light rider. it's the best case for the longest range. real world it never happens. all companies do this
In my country those are sold very expensive
I ride my engwe engine pro doing doordash it goes like 32-35
I am a big fan of all your ramblings and youtube ebike content. Thank you @mrcentraldriver
The little bell and the gear switch thing is exactly like my grizzly aerial Rider and I'm sure those are all the same on most bikes because they're all made in China
Battery not available right now as yet. L20 battery is a 48 volt. L20 2.0 is 52 volt.
Yeah surprised it's not up yet.
cool video im planning to buy me one to go to work
" people can't drive around here" i dare you to come visit Atlanta 😂
naw lol
Or Chicago haha

what class is this ebike?
It’s been awhile first to like and comment.
The Engwe has always been a good bike for the price even the the folding bike is not for me
Would this be a good bike for doing Uber eats
the range is not good for long trips so i would suggest no
A Vitilan i7 Pro is a great option.
@@Murillos1you’re really pushing this bike uh? 😂

Somebody needs to make a ebike programming tool to modify the controllers
@@MrCentralDriver yes.. plug into a Laptop and run a program.
Does changing tire size in the settings trick the computer into allowing a faster speed?

yeah glad somebody else noticed this
Your range on that bike at your weight should be 20 to 30 miles.
PS. I get 25-30 miles range on my Lectric xp 2.0 with 10ah battery. I weigh 150lbs.
bro almost crashed in the start 💀
A very practical bike, just needs a whopper of a battery!
Seeing I was first. What do I win?😂
a comment :)
