Äss bar is a food shop that sells food (mostly pastery, bread or cake) that the “normal” bakeries aren’t allowed to sell anymore because of the expiry date:)

Hello, German speaker here. To clarify, I speak German and not Swiss German so for me its also very hard to understand but „Äss Bar“ sounds like the German word Essbar which means edible so that could mean they sell food and the slogan underneath says Fresh from yesterday so that would also make sense… But no guarantee here.
