Both are a little different! Strobe cream gives you more glow while the illuminating cream gives you a smoother canvas.

Since this video is all about gloww i cannot not suggest the elf halo glow. It literally does the job of glow and a no makeup look because you can hardly say one has makeup while using it. Do try them. Have seen many people say its a great dupe for charlotte T's glow filter. I would say it's a fab product in itself
