    This looks sick! Great work!
Yeah of course some things could be improved (dust filters, etc), but you learn by doing. Love how this came out.

I lol'd when you used an LED power supply. Those have bad ripple & noise, probably 200-300mV Vpp.
Look up "ATX current ripple standard", 120mV is the recommended spec. Your motherboard components like mosfet/cap will die faster than expected if you continue to use that PSU as its not rated for that.

I guess I'll get an oscilloscope to test this, I tried several LED PSUs like this, some worked others didn't, I noticed the working ones came with much bigger capacitors, the pico PSU may do some smoothing, I also tried the Xbox brick which works until you run a game or something that uses power, then it cuts out.

Stick to power supplies that has a datasheet that you can lookup. Meanwell is one of them. Xbox and PS4 PSUs "should" be ok, you probably got a dud or fake. But NEVER use no-brand led supplies for picoPSU.

nice job! does the case bend with the heat?

No, but I used low power parts in this, an i5 and GTX 1660, the outer sleeve is PLA but the tray and front panel are PETG to help with this, you could use all PETG to be safe, it has less surface finishes available but you can get matte versions.

There are many 80x10mm fans sale. You must try to add 4 ones to airflow addition. dare you to do it

I can see stacking 2 on top of each other in the front panel, as exhaust, I can't see where the other 2 would go, and I personally prefer less fans as each fan adds a bit of noise, I'm looking at putting a single 90x15 fan in the larger version I'm currently prototyping.

You should add dust filters to prevent dust build up

I did think about this but I wanted to make it compact as possible, one prototype the GPU fan touched the side so I added a few mm to be comfortable, I'm thinking to make a bigger version with more relaxed dimensions, accomodate taller CPU coolers and longer GPUs, can add some slide in dust filters to this version, may delay the follow up video a few days to include this.
