Great drill it helped me get out of my own way, my head was so full of stuff after a five year layoff I couldn't bowl!!!! This really helps over thinking and yes if I get stuck in real play I do pull this out and immediately get rid of the tugs and pulls that tension creates.
Not specifically. Just be sure and grab the ball and go up all in one continuous motion. Not focusing on set up or anything but being smooth and relaxed.
