    Great drill it helped me get out of my own way, my head was so full of stuff after a five year layoff I couldn't bowl!!!! This really helps over thinking and yes if I get stuck in real play I do pull this out and immediately get rid of the tugs and pulls that tension creates.

      It is a good way to practice on keeping your shoulder loose.

    Any special pointers on how a two handed bowler would Practice this ?

      Not specifically. Just be sure and grab the ball and go up all in one continuous motion. Not focusing on set up or anything but being smooth and relaxed.
