GRINDING/SANDING THE BOTTOMS OF MUGS WITH A DIAMOND GRINDING DISC FROM DIAMOND CORE TOOLS

This video is how we grind/sand the bottoms of our pots. We are using the 12" diamond grinding disc on a 12" bat (240 grit) from Diamond Core Tools.

What grit are you using? This is pretty much sanding and not grinding. What grit do you use if you have bad glaze drips? Thanks.

Depending on how bad it is, we have the 60 and 120 grits as options.

So I can see you use water do u still need to wear a mask?

We don't use one as we don't see dust coming off but you can if you want, you got some amazing color combos on your kiln opening videos as well.
