I'm not a scientist or anything, but I've been warning about this for 30 years.
I haven't been warning about it but I suspected it was going on and I suspected the US was at the forefront.
It's pretty much a Xenophobes dream weapon. The US has always been highly racist and eugenics oriented. Much of what the NAZIs learned they learned from the US and much of what the NAZIs and 311 learned the US airlifted to safety.
Any country with leadership that seeks that knowledge is a tyrannical ticking time bomb.

I think this has already happen, just take a look at COVID, initially it is targeted at Asian, if it weren’t a mutation occur in France, the COVID would have not affected the US at all, with the recent declaration from Russia defence ministry that US has developed a 80% death rate bio weapon (source needed/ please do not take this as fact).

So glad I found this info because trying to explain or prove this is happening to you can be a challenge. Now it will all come out and be exposed. And remember when they say it is "being developed", it has already been in use for years and they can no longer lie or deny their use against people.

It was about COVID and monitoring to ensure it didn’t develop into a more dangerous strain, luckily evolutionary biology teaches us that infectious agents tend to get less lethal over time, which makes sense if you think about it.
