it is good for led like cob light, strip light or other 12v led but it can't run motor like 6v, 9v, 12 by giving input of 3.7v
Because when I run cd/dvd motor at 9v from 3.7v it dropped voltage to 4v and the motor running at up-down and up-down speed also IC is heating too much

Without Heat sink how much time XL6009 survives, Also some online seller says it is auto buck boost converter, in your shown video it does not go below 3.0V where as online seller claims as Input Voltage: 3.8V to 32V Output Voltage: 1.25V to 35V, so it seems only boost does not reduce to 1.25 please try and tell
