I will never buy Burton ever again. I tried returning an ak jacket with an obvious manufacturing fault last week, The jacket is 3 years old but I only used it for 3 weeks. The warranty person said there is nothing wrong with it and he’ll be sending it back. After 5 days of back and forth he finally admitted the fault but then said it was due to over use and sweat. (The storm flap should have a welded seam but mine hasn’t) The guy had made his decision before even looking at it, so whatever was actually wrong with didn’t matter to him. The guy was a jerk. Never again.

Switched to ak gear a few years ago and will never go back , absolutely the best outerwear I've ever worn on mountain
