They do that in real life. Rally participants are started on a stage with a set window between. You can catch up to slow guys.
Realistic ? Oh no, gotta jump on richard burns rally ! DR2 and WRC still come NOWHERE close to it. The FFB and wheel physics are insanely good.

I havent played it a ton and I dont have a wheel and so I still think my 2 favourite rally games were dirt 3 and colin mcrae rally 2 on ps1

monte carlo is better for slick road driving (which is super difficult) if you want snow you have to hit up Sweden cause they have actual courses going through the snow

I just bought it and I just prefer Dirt Rally. This game is good no doubt, but I just prefer the sounds, graphics, and physics of Dirt.

I'm not a fan of. The new rally games they are not brutal like the old Colin mcrea games and do not drive as good as RBR which is wild. Because that game game. Out in what 2003?.
