I have a Vizsla and this reminds me of her. Oh the frustration from not being able to get up and go! My girl more sighs and whines rather than bark but still the same!
Those poor restrained dogs. What torture for them. Just let them all run around together so that they can have some fun. People are so cruel. The get dogs that love to run and play together and them they prevent them from doing so.
After all the whining, we deserved to see the good boys get to run
