Agree with all your points but don't forget Bhutto was one of the main culprits in the separation of East Pakistan. If Bhutto would have surrendered the Prime minister ship at that time, may be East Pakistan would not be separated from West Pakistan, but he was more interested in getting 21-gun salute than United Pakistan.
