As you told you use habitual verb at the end of the sentence then why not you use usually at the end in this sentence?

Action was started in past and carried on till the recent past... It has been raining(started at 7am carried on till 11am and now its 11:05)

Very simple, Past simple Ka connection present ke sath nhi koi nhi hota. Or present perfect connects with present. This is basic difference. Thanks

Sir, in present indefinite, always is a definite frequency of adverb.
"I always take tea in the morning."
Then it came after subject and regularly u used at the end of the sentence, but both meaning is same. Please make it clear to me.

Always is indefinite freq that is why its before verb.. Regularly is definite.
