- Authorities say the Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio, who's real name was Charles Jones, was shot and killed in Tampa last month. Tampa Police Chief Lee Bercaw, Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez, and Jacksonville Sheriff TK Waters are announcing arrests on Monday. MORE: bit.ly/3LIuofz
