You might say that to make a barrel we need wood. Well, you can get saplings by getting a lucky wondering trader, so wood problem solved. To cure a zombie villager we need a golden apple and a weaknesses potion. We can easily get apples from trees. You don't have to make a weakness potion because you can trick a witch to throw one.

For the one about swamp villagers you just need to be lucky enough to have part of a village (1-2 houses) in that biome to get that kind of villagers
