When the android got deformed from growing, it may be because of this auto limb repositioning mod, that won't let you take a limb out of its regular place (so regular size also) so when the injector tried to move the limbs t make it look normal, the mod didn't allow it.
Maybe when you throw him off the red with this riding cart on the Thruster you should probably on the ignite the Thruster before he hits the ramps so he doesn't die and fall out of the car as I mentioned
