    Very nicely explained chef, and quite a few doubts cleared, thanks. A question, many people say to make ghee, heat up butter made from malai and some say to heat up malai directly. Only you can tell which method is the best. Thanks dear chef.

    Bhupi sir I use a wide mouth vessel to boil milk & get malai. Next time I'll use narrow mouth vessel & try to get more malai.

      Agar open milk me paani mila hua ata hai toh packet milk use kare main bhi packet milk hi use kia hai

    Thank u so much chef for such a worthy tip. Chef, Please suggest a process to store the cream obtained for a long time. We can get cream frequently but we don't use that often.

      You can store cream in a airtight container and keep it just below the freezer section.
      OR use a clay pot to store cream your cream will be fresh for long time..
