Complaints on hygiene should consider how long this material is cooked. I think the water would be a higher risk than this food (made from that morning's milking, eaten within hours of being made....). The traditional cuisine of India relies a lot more on fresh ingredients that are eaten right away rather than stored and shipped (that said, I was born in India and visited at least 15x. EVERY time I get a heavy diarrhea episode in the first several days I'm there)
