      i assume she mirrored the video afterwards, so she doesnt actually write backwards (otherwise this is absolutely insane xD). also she is writing with her left hand, what makes it likely to actually be mirrored.

    I might be wrong, but shouldn't the Nernst equation reaction Quotient be Oxidation/reduction - for at least a galvanic cell?
