Mukesh ji, I am absolutely agree that enforcement of approved plans sanctioned with HEP application approval are must to comply. Further, HEPs sanctions must be very limited and I must say, every development always cost to ecology, even propelling of our personal Car, refrigerators, fire wood, village roads, introduction of packaged snacks etc. Unfortunately our 100% population have not access to allied Rules, approved Plans etc. Languge may one of the constrains. It's requested please enlighten the mass community in accordance to LARR Bill and motivate to keep eye on any oversight of Construction Agency.
