It’s just keeps me showing tap the home button to recover data and when I do that there will be showing trying to recover data and then when it’s complete it will show failed what should I do I can’t even go to my home page or connect to any network

i feel like this is a joke man. If your phone is stuck in attempting data recovery you cannot use it how is it possible to change the network.
