Don't hate me. The music was really great, a touch more "grit" maybe? The video was... It reminded me of any 70s french film. The music is more important than the vid. You did the cover exemptional.
Between vinyl and CD's, I must have somewhere in the neighborhood of 125 Dylan discs, accumulated and savored over the course of four decades. An artist like no one ever. One of the joys of that journey has been how his music lends itself so well to vastly different interpretations. Both those done by himself and others. I have multiple versions of several songs of his in which he himself has done the same song with such different arrangements, tempos and instrumentation that it becomes like an entirely different creation. I know of no artist that so relishes seeing what others create out of his songs. Modifying a song in ways that he himself could not have imagined. The soul of an artist. In many cases I have found greater depth or sparkle or beauty in others interpretations of Dylan's music. "Señor" is one of my true favorites of Dylan's enormous catalog. And Anana Kaye's is - by some order of magnitude - my favorite interpretation of this classic. Kudos to her for bringing out the fullness of its depth, its longing and despair. My heart aches every time I hear it.
Super smooth and soothing vocals going here telling a story that keeps one's ears in a captivating state the music is right on grt job all around I think your voice is over the top with all your songs
I have said before and I will say it again, this is a most brilliant version of the great Boby Dylan song, Anana Kaye makes this own song, It reminds me a little of Sinéad Lohan's version of To Ramona. Both, really great memorable singers of those songs that will last for evermore
I've loved Dylan for nearly 60 years, love this song and love your version of it! It's always great to hear wonderful covers of his incomparable works. He's given us so much, and goes on giving. God bless you.
This song is so rich in meaning. I listen to every cover to help open it up. I like the "matter of fact", almost aggressive flavor of the vocals here. The tension is palpable. Like a ticking bomb. It feels like only respect for Señor prevents the song from screaming out. I wonder how you interpret the song... I think it could be Jesus speaking to God. Lot's of biblical imagery going on.
Beautiful rendition from the poet Bob Dylan. Your voice did a perfect interpretation. I hope you will do other Dylan songs. Your voice reminds me of Kim Carnes.
This song helped me through my battle against breast cancer last year. I came to terms with God (senor), if this was my time to go, then I just had to accept my fate. " I'm ready when you are, senor". Luckily, I've recovered from the breast cancer, and now I listen to your version of Senor to prosess what I've been through, and to heal.
The three album period in the mid '70s is my favourite Dylan era: Blood on the Tracks, Desire and Street-Legal. You do this song justice. Fantastic. Your eyes shifting away from camera when you sang, "How long must I keep my eyes glued to the door" was a fantastic touch. You made this song you're own.
You're welcome. I was checking your music out a little more and just discovered we have a mutual friend on Facebook with strong ties to the Dylan era I was referring to. I won't mention his name but you will know who he is. He played a little bass for Dylan here and there. @@AnanaKaye
Superb! Mesmerising and moving- Beautiful cover of one of my favourite Dylan tracks from Street Legal - particularly love your voice and the visuals with the haunting harmonica section.
Outstanding rendition of a great Dylan tune. Your voice is just right, and so are the background vocal harmonies. Someone plays a very nice harmonica solo! Well, done, Anana!!
Powerful.....great job, sis. Those lyrics carry such an urgency, more with your delivery. It's like, something's coming and with it there's an anxious anticipation of both fear and desire. Wow! Thanks....✌😎
This is B G the blind guy saying wonderful just a beautiful beautiful voice I can’t get enough keep it up I’m gonna pass this on to friends and just people in general this is beautiful
Excellent cover of a little (covered ) Dylan song. Anana has the voice of an angel. The arrangement and presentation is superior. Now that I am a subscriber I look forward to listening to all she has posted, now and in the future.
That is a beautiful version of a fantastic song. I've been a Dylan fan for 47 years and that is by far the best cover of a Dylan song I have ever heard. We'll done...superb.
Wow.. That was awesome. You are right, real music is a prayer, or perhaps it is God speaking to us? I've tried to figure it out ever since I heard a young Aretha sing, and I felt touched by God. My late dad was a huge Dylan-aficionado and this album, along with "Live at Budokan", were his favourites. I put them on when I miss him, and The Lord gives me peace of mind. But at first, when the algorithm suggested this, I thought "Is that Ricky Lee Jones"? The Sermon on Exposition Boulevard is in my top-five of albums, and I consider "Where I like it best" to be the greatest prayer-song since Arethas version of "God will take care"..
Hauntingly beautiful. Your version of this song blew me away! You’re also putting me back on a Bob Dylan kick and making me revisit songs and albums I had overlooked. ❤
Thank you so much for the kind words! If that’s what happened than mission accomplished 🤍 It’s always great to revisit his overlooked records and look at the songs from a different perspective ♥️🤍

great cover - great song - great voice.

I don't like it...It lacks the passion of the original...
Fantastic! Great song delivery with commendable emotion and feeling. Keep up the good work, please.
Bob Dylan fan for 55 years. This a rare and excellent cover. Doesn't happen often. A big song.
Thank you so much, that means a lot!
Bob Dylan Blowing in the wind
Great/lovely rendition of a Bob Dylan song, well done young lady...
Thanks!
Brings years to my eyes. Brings back beautiful memories of travelling to Blackbushe on that warm summer night in 1978.
Beautiful! Thank you, so glad you enjoyed our version!
What brings tears to my eyes is the 5 hours it took to get out of the carpark runway and then 2 hours drive home😳
I'm a big Dylan fan and think this is one of his most underrated, greatest songs. You do it justice.
Absolutely agree and thank you so much!
Brilliant version

Underrated? By whom?
Never a day passes when I’m not blown away with Bobs song writing abilities!
This is one of my favorite songs. You reflect the emotion of the song. And that look at 01:04. Wonderful!
Thanks so much!!! Glad you caught that moment, I looked towards the door of the studio we were shooting in :)

Masterpiece....this voice.. Oh God!!!!!
Thank you!
The initial problem w/ STREET LEGAL was the production, this is nice and "crisp". I'm glad you brought attention to a lesser known tune. Bravo!
Thank you, appreciate that!
This cover is excellent, she knows exactly how to sing it, covering America’s’ greatest songwriter should be an honor!
Thank you!
I've told everyone how awesome this is a true MASTERPIECE.
