Manyora is creating castles in the air and imagining some sort of utopia when he says there will be no need for tear gas in the country.
There's no fairness as you put it it's about godfather's fixer's, and there everywhere school's, nurses medical training school, polytechnics, ministry's, etc, our government is made of manner less parliament.
