    An iconic climber and photographer of Yosemite’s Golden Age, Glen Denny documented the ascents and debauchery of Camp 4’s visionary dirtbags during the late 1950s through the 1960s.

    Cool... that's the thing about these guys, and gals you feature. They all look death in the eye, and keep going. That takes a special kind of person who knows what they are doing is so meaningless and vital at the same time, you have to be humble and not kid yourself. They all know too many who have died, who were the best. And they are the lucky ones.

    "And he never bragged about it" a fitting description of Glen: masterful photographer, historian, climber of difficult first ascents, film-maker (let's not forget the movie el-capitan) to mention a few things, in addition to being extremely humble, down to earth, and generous.
