I really enjoyed the music selection for this episode as it's very impactful for what's coming in the future, it tells a bit of the journey Jinwoo's on and it's not because of his actions but because of the people who have tried to hurt him and how he takes that.
music hit so hard this ep. Along with the VA.
I can smell sawano's music from a mile away.
His style is my favourite.
I cant describe it with words but it always makes a scene so much better.

@@alanjmathew8383I think they were trying go highlight the fight between drip woo and the scorpions, rather the boss. Even though in the manhwa the fight between them was a little more highlighted.

Animation actually is very mid, at least compared to other contemporary anime. However, the dynamics, ost and voice acting are top notch.
A1 killing this adaptation for sure, and the anime only scenes theyve been adding to build up the side characters a bit more are a nice touch

The scene with hae chae in wasnt there when he killed them in the manwha. I know wat they r doing.

I love the ending when it starts to rain. It reminds us that no matter what we just witnessed, Sung Jinwoo still cares about his sister, thus showing us that there's still humanity left inside him.

Man i'm loving how they are interweaving these story lines together, showing us scenes we didn't get in the manhwa, Especially with the chairmen and his number 1 and their relationship. Introducing other hunters and even name drops chefs kiss
That song playing when he is slaughtering them. A+
One thing you need to remember that every hunter has superhuman phisical abilites regardless of their unique powers, the higher the rank the stronger the phisical abilites, Jinwoo finally reached B-Rank levels of strenght but don't get it twisted another B rank hunter could kill him still

Since episode 1, we've heard the manhau readers talking about Sung Drip-woo. Drip-woo this, Drip-woo that, he's the GOAT - and we haven't really seen why. A lot of people thought that the glow up in episode 5 was it and felt underwhelmed. But TRUE Drip is more than a pretty face and 2% body fat. Drip is a mindset. Drip is visceral and you feel it in your bones. THIS is Sung Drip-woo. Solo Leveling only gets better from here

I definitely agree that it's like the episodes feel like it should be part of a 45 minute episode series, since every 2 episodes so far seem to compliment each other.

I don't know where this is going, and maybe I'm overthinking it, but I'm not a fan of how the protag handled the situation. I mean, 4 people actually attacked him, so yeah, defend yourself man. But the first guy was just mocking him and spewing threats, and the last guy clearly surrendered and begged for his life. Chopping their heads off is not self-defense at all. It was a murderous pre-emptive strike and an execution. So what are we exactly cheering here for? (it's true that the system forced Jin Woo's hand but only becouse writers wanted it that way, and that's also f***ed up)

Why do you censor your channel with that yellow, circle dollar sign edit. You do know that every other reaction channel let's those scenes just play out. You're literally making yourself be one of the bottom reaction channels by over censoring things.
It’s not like I want to. The only thing I will always censor is beheadings because that always gets me insta demonetized and then it legit kills the videos and stops getting recommended. Overal bloody and stabby scenes tend to do it too, even when I thought those were safe. UA-cam doesn’t do this to all reactors though, I tend be targeted for some reason. But yeah, I’d be a bottom reaction channel regardless if I didn’t do this because no one would be recommended and see my videos besides my subscribers which limits growth significantly.
