I worked for lucas girling in wales,on the cold heading shop we had a 3/4 national, a3/8national 2 malmedies, 2 waterbury farrels and a hatebur, various thread rollers and a multiform machine a bihler, it was the best job ever, about 40 years ago now but still remember it like yesterday

How to calculate and setting process of thread bush and kick out for part ejection?

For KO pins, u gotta leave clearance when u r finally setting up the L2 but before tht ur ko pins should b visually set also to how much they gonna come out of the die.

Setting process for thread bush will be based on the values provided to u on the setup sheet nd after when u start forming, u gotta play with L1 to get wht u actually want in the progressions.

Why you are not using coolant?

This kind of Wire is soft ( just like Aluminum wire ) ,as you can see in the video there were NO Smoke form, its means Its " Not Hot ".. and I need to Form the Head inside the Die ( with Oil it will Beak the Mold#5 ) .
