It looks like a nice hotel, but the breakfast buffet at The Pannarai Hotel was much larger when I was there 2 years ago.

Rooms looked nice. Breakfast area looked nice, specially outdoor seatings. But very limited choices for breakfast buffet. but i understand it's small hotel.
Centara hotel in udonthani has best breakfast buffet with many western selection from bakery to real homemade jam selections. Else better eat freshly cooked breakfast set at your favourite resturants

The Pannarai opposite has a pool as will the new hotel you showed a little further up the road. The 8 is fine, but overpriced. I am staying in the Pannarai at present and the 8 Hotel is virtually deserted.
