You are good teacher, i like your explanation, but the front centre will use same measurement from hip to kneel. And the back centre measurement, will use the waist to the kneel?

The fullness of the down part Of the skirt depends how you want it. So the measurement I used there is 20 inches but bcos it is onfold it will be 10 inches.
