I used 6 yrds but it depends on the person you are making the outfit for If the person is a plus size then u can use the whole 6 yrds but if she is not then u can use 4 to 5 yrds

You are good teacher, i like your explanation, but the front centre will use same measurement from hip to kneel. And the back centre measurement, will use the waist to the kneel?
