Strange I have b1 deficiency and I cook small squash pumpkin that has a lot of b1. I eat one and a half per day and I have no more pain or other problems. I bathe in Epsom salts for cramp ect too for I get sick when drinking magnesium. It relaxes me. for people who are sensitive for meds.

What about taking the complete B and I eat pumpkin seeds every day I just snack on them I have all those vitamins and I have the complete B also I have some tea called tension tamer I don’t drink every day

I tore the muscle in my left arm and I was given a steroid injection and now I have seizers on my left side I was in the hospital for a week I take the complete B but I go to the restroom so much when I take that vitamin B complete the Dr wanted to cut me but I didn’t let him cut my arm because I didn’t break any bones
