When I asked my kawasaki dealer about a PC5 they thought it might upset the ECU as from the 2012 model(which i have the er6N EU model) it has 2 maps, one for under 6000rpm for better fuel economy and then another for over 6000rpm for more performance. I commute on my bike daily so fuel economy is a big factor. I have since added a Two Bros exhaust and a DNA air filter and I might reconsider the PC5 and possibly even the Dyno run. What maps come with the unit?
thanks for being really responsive.... i emailed my other questions to your tech email address... if i don;t hear back from them i'll post them again here... again thanks for the fast reply... makes me feel more comfortable to purchase from you! cheers.
i have 2 questions... 1. does the tank need to be empty before you do this? or just go ahead and start taking things apart? is there any other tips that you'd give us, or any important things that we should be aware of before doing this? :) 2. you mention that we have to do all our connections but do we have to disconnect anything before being able to connect our powercommander connections into the bike? or those connectors are empty and available already? please help! purchasing my system!
@@bladeofwar I'm referring to removing plastics, clamps, and hoses etc... Too much is missing from the video for first timers. Either way, I found a better video else where. 👍
Here's 1 for ya. I own a CFmoto 650NK that is for all purposes is almost an exact copy of the er6n and I've been asking the boys down at the mod Shops wether or not this could put on my bike? Would love to know, thanks. (And for the haters this bike surprised us all and continues to out perform the competition)
So doing everything you said.. The power commander got no power. This is after following the instructions.. watching your video and double checking everything.. Left saying wtf

What do you do with all the cables that are plugged out to plug the Pcv in?

Has anyone ever responded ? I see nothing in the comment section.
do you have an uncut version of this video ? there's too many important pieces cut out that make this confusing to follow.
If you have done spark plugs and filter this is all rudimentary. If you have not I recommend doing them along with this PC install.

@@Thecak3isalie What video did you end up using? Im currently looking for a more detailed video than this one.
Will the instructions for the 2013 be the same for 2006 thanks
Yes, the instructions would be the same.

Does it make the bike go faster ?
What is easier standup or sit down?
i did not know thay made the 650 in red 2013 thay stopped 2012?
and the 2013 over the front headlights has the black paint or whatever that is
What is the real performance gain?
Does anyone know if this is significantly different than doing this to a 2018 model?
It's very similar
Cant go faster they have a governor on throttle. Max is 139 on mine
