In this journey of gentle Breathwork and Yoga Nidra we'll start off by calming down the nervous system with guided gentle breathing. Then we slide into a sound scape of going through the Koshas of Yoga Nidra. All infused by nature references and the season of spring. The idea is to approach the season with balance, flow and renewal. All music is self-composed. I use keyboard, guitar, mandolin, chimes and harmonica for this one.

Morning has arrived and I've just done your new yoga Nidra and it didn't disappoint, I absolutely loved it, being in the spring garden with the beautiful trees and yellow butterflies, then the climbing of the mountain meeting the tribe so beautiful. Thank you Dennis and maybe a suggestion for your next one? walking through a fruit orchard and picking all the wonderful fruits from the trees. Have a lovely day.
