Peter Green had a direct connection between his heart, head his fingers and a Higher Power. He blessed us with his writing skills and superior guitar playing.
素晴らしい音楽家、ピーターグリーン❗
“Before the Beginning”…One of the most Hauntingly Beautiful Songs ever Written….
Que banda por favor! Con Peter Green a la cabeza!
Multiple eargasms here thanks to Greeny’s ferocious guitar and vocals, and Fleetwood seems totally attuned to Peter. Love you, Peter Green, Rest easy Green God
I dont understand it but listening to FM with PG touches my soul.
Green and Kirwan....talk about a 1-2 punch. RIP Peter....you were the greatest.
My gosh Peter could sing and there are no words to describe his playing.
Yes there are. Otherworldly.
Eargasmic
Danny is playing lead on the first song. Peter is singing and playing the theme guitar part.
@@big_fat_hen that is nonsense, I’m afraid
His voice sounds so much like Otis it's amazing.
Now that Peter is gone his music will get the recognition it deserves. Probably the way he wanted it.
Eat your heart out USA you never had anyone like Peter Alan Green. This band were even better live than on record. So bad that Danny and Peter died too young.
How incredibile they where , want to listen only PG and his group Fleetwood Mac ,there will be never anyone like them
Absolutely Right!! All the different band changes had it's high points, or good players. And so many just know the version from the 70's that sold more records, but, the original Fleetwood Mac, and Peter named them, was the best, hands down. Even if it was just with PG it was great! With all three guitarists bringing their wonderful playing, and singing....it just couldn't get any better. Miss those days when this was new, and now it belongs to the ages.
PG Fleetwood simply the best then now and forever.
I believe Joe Bonamassa has the Les Paul Gold Top in one of the photos.. Supposedly paid $500,000 for it..supposedly...
100 percent agree.
The blues master, amazing tone , the ledgend that is Peter green
Spectacular, inimitable, sure miss you Peter RIP
Love you Peter Green, in hope you found an better world for you 💚💚💚Your soo, unbelievable music will stay with us 🌹🌹🌹💚💚💚
R.I.P. Peter Green.
Eine geniale Stimme......genialer Blues....... ! GREAT !!!! RIP Peter
RIP Peter Green. Legend
Great playing from Danny
One of those Green / Kirwan / Spencer master works... with that fantastic Rhythm Section of Mick Fleetwood and Johnny MacVie. Lovely lovely songs.
No piano, no slide guitar, no Elvis vox= no Jerry🙂👍
Danny Kirwan isn’t being given enough credit in these posts!
PG was the Maestro in FM yes but Danny was such a great guitarist
As BB said, he is the only player that makes me break out in a cold sweat.
Best of the brit blues players
Shimmering vibrato - ooooooooohhhhh!
This is One Of The Great bootlegs! The Carousel Ballroom is another one!
I love Fleetwood's drumming. Solid, solid, solid.
R.I.P PETER GREEN, you will be sorely missed
all those who give a huge soulful sigh at the picture of Peter and BB sharing a moment, please shake your money maker...
absolutely bloody fantastic!
Damn! Have mercy!!
Very underrated a pitty because this is awesome.
This is perfection! Totally soulful blues. The vocals are the finishing touch
into my brain
It's great having all these wonderful live versions coming out. Thanks for sharing with Peter's loyal community . The live songs from 1970 are especially awesome, it seems as if Peter let the cat out of the bag and did not hold back. There is a April ,24, 1970 show that is out of the realm of genius. He uses a pedal and his reverb shakes down the house, simply God like playing. At this time there was no guitarist that could be his equal, he showed his Green God qualities. Bless Peter as a guitarist and a generous man who put others needs above his own. Those that give never do without. He was blessed with a long life, respect of his peers and the everlasting love of us, his fans, he also was able to play again on his terms leaving us with more great music to add to his catalog. A great guitarist and a finer man. God bless you Peter for all you gave without taking, a legend to be appreciated for all time.
RIP pete
Wow. This is great.
So much in my local pub Fox and Hounds Battersea London call his name Peter what's going to buy in a pint of beer he walked out bless his soul who was the best

PG, always great music. DK, always great pics. Like 60, C11, V6761. /:-)
Phenomenal 🔥
Peter Green🎸🎵👍💓🎸
The tempo of the first part is relatively similar to a famous track from John Lee Hooker but I'm sure that Peter loved a lot John Lee Hooker as he loved B.B King...
I know there is a lot PG/MAC 69/70 live stuff out there but hey there's always room for more - How about a legit comp. from these 3 gigs from N.O. Jan. 29-31 , 1970 and while your at it Fillmore West Jan. '70 is smouldering in someone's vault's too i'm sure -seek out the AUD> version as it's a killer for sure !!
I was there at Fillmore West Jan. 1970 ..So good .. 3 killer guitar players, who were also good lead vocalists ..
I would greatly appreciate if you can share with us some of the 69-70 live shows, I Love the shows after the Munich incident-Peter's playing is without bounds mixing in pedal and expanding the length of some songs. You possess a treasure of blues music.
Это супер-ррррррр!!!!!!
Ohh Yeah !
Dimitris, thanks for posting so many great tracks from my favorite musicians . . . Peter and the Mac . . . I have read a few comments over the years stating the soloing in this song is Danny and not Peter, as I have assumed for many years. What is your opinion? It really doesn't matter to me as it is some of the best playing I ever heard! I many times lose who takes over in the solos in many Fleetwood Mac songs since they are so similar, which is awesome and so complimentary of one another. But I would love to read your opinion.
I just came to listen to the Rory Gallagher "it takes time" and I can't say which of them I prefer
Something 's feeding back includes nice breaks.
Peter was a Clapton/BB King clone guy. I have bootlegs where he rips Clapton riffs all night long. Great player. Both he and Kirwin were destroyed by drugs for much of their lives. You can hear Kirwin solo in these videos. He was no slouch.
He sounds a lot like BB King to me with that supernatural vibrato but smooth like Clapton
Did a Mic pick up somebody saying “uhhhhhh”?? throughout whole set of before the beginning
Mick Fleetwood perhaps?
@@markrom2248definitely mick. Danny had excellent ear and allegedly perfect pitch he’d never sing out of tune like that
*******
thas rite dave NRE MEM BER DAC REW
Who is moaning tunelessly in the background of Before The Beginning?
Was this the day the Grateful Dead got busted?
