I too lost my twin (not to gun violence), but it hurts nonetheless. I could only imagine what this man and others who have lost their loved ones in this senseless way must feel. Enough is enough, politicians, NRA, America!

I could only imagine the pain that that young man must be feeling over the lose of his brother. I'm a twin myself and even thinking about losing my sister, especially in such a horrific and unjust manner, forms a pit in my stomach and brings tears to my eyes. People are saying that these kids are marching for socialism and to take the second amendment away, but that just isn't true. They are marching for gun control, not a gun ban, and to protect their inalienable right to live. These kids have the right idea and I am more than excited to be only a few years older than them, because that means that I get to witness and hopefully be a part of the changes to come that will lead to a better future for this nation and all of her people. This issue isn't about Republicans and Democrats, this is about coming together as the American people. We are one nation under God, we are one people. Our government and our representatives need to be held accountable for their actions and decicions as policy makers. They have failed many of their constituents and because of that too many American citizens, espcially minorities and people of color, have lost their lives to gun violence. I am a Republican, and I am extremely proud of these kids for standing up for what is right and just while others turn and run. They are breaking the status quo and it's about damn time.
