I had surgery 2 weeks ago and I'm using the inline pneumatic walker 2...my heel is throbbing pain...don't know what to do....

Seems very clever with the twist for adjustment of how tight the brace is... that makes a lot of sense to me when performing recovery running, from a trail running ankle injury. Is the brace well suited for wearing during running?
