Shift Pro was amazing. I couldnt miss my forehands and backhands which i usually did on my Babolat Pure Drive 100. I think their spin potential is almost the same even though Shift Pro is 18x20
Would be interesting to see what you think of the shift pro vs the shift 99 in stock form or with a little bit of lead. I see a lot of advanced players that still prefer the 99 (even if it has a little lead on it)
Nice video, just a quick check… 24kg is approx 52lbs or have I missed something? I thought 48lbs was 22kg? What tension do you think works the best for this frame? Thanks 👍
I’ve heard of people complaining about arm pain w the shift 315 (pro). I wonder if it’s due to stiffness? Any notice of arm fatigue or soreness after playing?
Hey guys, Im pretty much new at tennis and Im buying a new raquet since my last one broke. I dont know if I should pick the Pro Staff rxt 105 or the Blade rxt 105 They are both 85€ not too expensive because im still learning but ive reach a decent level any advice? which one should I pick between those two?
@@servingaces Also Head Gravity Pro, it's a wonderful racquet, I think maybe the best on the market, it combine the classical feel and beam of the old school racquets (Head Pro Tour, old Prince racquets) with the modern design. I think is close to perfection, but after 2 hours of play sometimes I get tired and is demanding, maybe because its swingweight. Do you feel the same? Also I have tested in the last 2 weeks the Babolat Pure Aero VS, very different racquet, easier to play with, great spin potential and power, but not so controlable and the feel is far away from the Gravity Pro.
@@viorel.muresan Yeah I also love but it is pretty demanding and I am planning to quit competitive tennis next year so I will need a racket which is not so demanding maybe :D
@@viorel.muresan I have one racket in the back of my head which I would switch too and it is not so obvious because it is pretty small brand but I love the frame. It is from DIADEM and there will be a video coming up soon about it
@@TheTennisDaddy The 'paradigm bending' technology (whatever they call it) that Wilson added to the v14, ruined it. It is way too flexible now, which makes its accuracy inconsistent. The v13 is much more crisp, sharp. Because of its stability/weight distribution/balance, it's literally a point-and-shoot racquet. You can swing out and the ball still lands in the court exactly where you want it to go. This actually enables you to hit the ball harder, more power, without fear of missing. The control is EXCELLENT!! To me, there's not a better racquet on the market.
@@andreoxley9136 cheers for that, I actually had tried the v13 97L and really liked it to even though it was too light, I definitely felt that little extra stiffness, wondered if the 315g would feel much different. I might try buy a v13 to compare, I do love the feel of the v14 to though
@@andreoxley9136 I really don't think the slight bending makes that big of a difference. Ive played with the speed MP and Blade, and they bend far more and are very accurate. Only racket that bent so much that couldn't deal with it was the gravity. The V14 is still stiff enough and doesnt to "ME" bend to the point it makes my shots in accurate and its a easy trade off for some more SW and comfort/feel
Which Wilson Racket is your favorite?
Prostaff 97L customized to 320 sw. Thicker beam, more power yet still very whippy. Please try Head Boom Pro
Nice one 👍👍🙏 thanks for sharing
I will try to get to test 👌
The Ultra V4
@@ChaosTennisClub I heard that it was a good update. I hope I can test it at some point :)
I haven't played with so many models from Wilson, but the Pro Staff 97 is definitely a great racquet, one of the bests.

Yeah true 👍 It played fantastic

I really did not like the regular 99
it was way to powerful for me and stiff for me! Probably some led woud help
the pro was good
Really looking forward to your Blade V9 review
Please share me your thoughts between Wilson Blade V9 16x19 vs Yonex Percept 97.🙏
Me too 👍 soon hopefully
yes 🙌

Not much even though it is stiffness.
I would still be cautious about the string tension. No over 24kg and maybe a multi also!

Try Artengo (decathlon) rackets, they are excellent value for money !
Great video man
Thanks man
So who is the second win the pro stuff or Blade?
Not really a second place
Liked both but they are very different of course
Nice review and great comparation! Which is your main racquet, your racquet of choise? Thank you!
Thanks a lot :) Gravity Pro is the racket I play with at the moment!
Which is yours?

I've ordered the Shift 99 V1 strung with Luxilon ALU Power Vibe at 52lb. I'll leave some feedback soon if your interested
Sure 👍 would be interesting!
The Pro or the normal 99
@@servingaces Nice. I'll let you know in a bit. But it's the normal 99 V1 (300g). It was a real hassle to obtain one here in New Zealand.

Wilson Shift Pro 💥
yes nice 👍🔥
Blade 98 with lead tape, fin
I find the Pro Staff more powerful than the Blade.
Yes I agree
Nice Review. Keep up the good work.
24 kg = 52.91 lbs ;)
ah thanks yeah :D
thanks for the compliment
Wilson Pro Staff v13 is better than all of these racquets
it is great for sure ;)
How’s it differ from v14? I have the v14 but hadn’t tried v13

Six one 95! Best stick ever
fantastic
Difficult to understand what this guy is saying sometimes, should put up subtitles all through the video not just at the end...
ok thanks for the feedback. I will try
@@servingacesI thought your English was impeccable actually but then again I’m a Scotsman!! Great review by the way- really interesting and useful.
